3 years ago I didn't know the first thing about yoga.
I had an anxiety disorder, lower back pain and my muscles were constantly stiff and sore. I'd been to studios before, but always felt awkward and unsettled. So I decided to start a home practice and my life has never been the same. I want that for you too!

When the flexi-fit guide was released, I was ecstatic because finally there is a simple, well explained, step by step guide for beginners like me. It is easy to understand and follow and all the stretches I feel are important foundation for a lot of yoga poses.
